Lake Elementeita Lodge is located on Lake Elementeita, 120 km (1 ½ hrs) from Nairobi and 32 kms from Nakuru on a good tarmac road. Set up at the former Kikopey Ranch, which was owned by an English settler lord Galbraith Cole in 1916 and  the lodge still retains the features and atmosphere of an early colonial home with a red brick building with shady terraces, an internal courtyard, paneled walls and a sitting room with a library and a log fire. There are beautiful gardens with natural foliage and startling variety of bougainvillea flowers.

Room décor
Room décor have adapted pink colour, as is the view of the panoramic view of Lake Elementaita, which is a high population of flamingos, easily visible from the rooms.
