The park can also be accessed by air through an airstrip for light aircraft at Empusel gate. There other airstrips at Kilimanjaro Buffalo Lodge and Namanga town. The park has five entry points Kelunyiet, lremito, Ilmeshanan; Kitirua and Airstrip.
