A safari adventure camping to the world famous Bird Sanctuary of Lake Nakuru, then South over the Mau Escarpment to Kenya's greatest concentration of game - the Masai Mara

Day 1:
Nairobi - Nakuru

Leave Nairobi in the morning, drive to the East African Great Rift Valley experience scenery en route arriving to the Lake Nakuru an IBA (Important Bird Area) often referred so due to its Great masses of Flamingos. After lunch enjoy for game viewing drive in the Park with numerous animals. Dinner and overnight spent at the campsite.


Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for vast masses of flamingos and the over 400 species other of birds found here.Lake Nakuru is a soda lake on the floor of the Great East African Rift Valley. The sight of the at times millions of flamingos is quite spectacular and from a distance the lake appears ringed in pink, adorned by swathes and swathes of pink ribbon. The Park is an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino.Tree climbing lion perched on tree branches and waterbuck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here.

Day 2:
Nakuru - Maasai Mara
Depart the camp soon after breakfast and drive via the scenic floor of the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara. Lunch at a campsite before proceeding for evening gamedrives. Dinner and overnight stay at a Campsite.
 
Day 3:
Maasai Mara
Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5.morning and afternoon game drives are offered. Optional hot air balloon Wildebeest Migration in Masai Mara, Kenya safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person. Dinner and overnight stay at a Campsite
 
Maasai Mara game reserve offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is almost unbelievable that over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant are easily seen here. Maasai Mara is perhaps where the most spectacular event on earth of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures

Day 4:
Maasai Mara- Nairobi

Morning game drive then returns to the campsite for breakfast. We drive back to Nairobi where the safari ends.
