7 Days of Luxury Beach Holidays in Kenya Day 1: Nairobi - Mombasa
The morning is spent relaxing while the afternoon is occupied by a visit to the nearby Nairobi National Park that nestles with the city as its backdrop. Take the "Lunatic Express" train to Mombasa arriving early the next morning. Dinner and overnight in the sleeper.
The South Coast Kenya's Indian Ocean Beach
The South Coast is about an hour's journey away from the airport and requires a ferry crossing. The journey is well worth it however, as the South Coast beaches are amongst Kenya's finest. The majority of resort developments is on Diani beach, a 10 kilometer long stretch of talcum white sands lapped by crystal clear water of the ocean. Around Diani beach, there is some development of shopping centers, bars and restaurants.
Day 2: Mombasa - South Coast
Transfer by vehicle to your hotel on the renowned Diani Beach, where the next few days are spent enjoying the unspoiled white sands of these beaches. Accommodation is on half board to enable you sample the varied cuisine that is found in the eateries of the many hotels that dot this coast. Day 3-6: Diani Beach
These days are spent by the beach sunbathing or engaged in the numerous water sports that are available including, Scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, big game fishing and deep sea diving.
Day 7: Diani - Nairobi
Morning flight to Nairobi after transfer by road to the coastal town of Mombasa. Dinner at Carnivore before flight back home.
